      The Project Manager Delivers Construction Project Management Services for high profile Retail Banking Clients in the Tri-State area.

      • Oversees project implementation and execution through completion of construction.
      • Develop and execute project specific and client driven goals, schedules and budgets.
      • Establish and maintain project goals and success criteria that meet both JLL and Client needs.
      • Build and maintain rapport with Client representatives, establishing timely communication on all matters. Act as the primary contact with the Client throughout the duration of the project.
      • Participate in the development of project scope and ensure that it is fully understood by all parties involved.
      • Guide the Professional Consultants through the due diligence, design development, construction documentation, permitting and signoff.
      • Develop and manage detailed project budget based on historical and market data, and clearly defined budget assumptions.
      • Develop and maintain detailed project schedule. Manage project performance against the schedule, milestones and critical path.
      • Oversee project contract management, including Vendor selection and contracting, development of RFPs, bid leveling and award process.
      • Facilitate all critical project meetings and coordination exercises with internal staff, Client, Professional Consultants and Vendors to ensure responsibilities and expectations are communicated and understood by all parties.
      • Manage coordination of all Professional Consultants and Vendors ensuring compliance with contract and client expectations.
      • Manager coordination with Landlords and/or Developers to guarantee lease expectations are being met.
      • Identify, manage and mitigate any potential project risks that could impact scope, budget, schedule and/or quality.
      • Identify potential liabilities and risk to JLL and/or client.

      JOB REQUIREMENTS


      Experience

      • 3+ years in Retail Project Management
      • Field Construction: Exterior work, interior finishes and MEP
      • Experience managing high volume (program rollout) type of projects

      Education

      • Bachelor Degree from an accredited institution required
      • Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Interior Design or Construction Management

      Certifications & Licenses

      • LEED, AIA, PE, PMP preferred

      Additional Requirements

      • Firm knowledge of construction, architecture or commercial real estate industry.
      • Strong working knowledge of architectural drawings and furniture standards.
      • Ability to manage high volume programmatic work.
      • Capacity to multi-task working within a team structure and independently.
      • Assume complete responsibility for assignments and continues to aggressively improve skill base.
      • Proficient in the use of MS Office Suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Project.
      • Flexibility with work hours and travel as needed.

      Estimated total compensation ran for this position is:

      90,000.00 – 125,000.00 USD per year

      The pay range listed is a total compensation range including bonus, if applicable. The provided range is an estimate and not guaranteed. An employment offer is based on applicant’s education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, internal equity and alignment with market data.
