      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Oversee daily clinic operations, ensuring efficient and patient-centered service delivery
      - Manage grant-funded activities to ensure compliance with Health Resources Services Administration guidelines
      - Supervise Nurse Practitioners and Community Health Administration Coordinators
      - Collaborate with project evaluators to support data collection and reporting processes
      - Communicate effectively with clinic staff, patients, and external stakeholders

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Doctoral degree in healthcare or a related field preferred; Master of Science in Nursing required
      - Current and unencumbered Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) Certification and Registered Nurse (RN) Licensure required
      - Active California furnishing number, National Provider Identifier (NPI), and DEA registration number required
      - Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare management and leadership required
      - Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage shifting priorities in dynamic settings

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - At least 5 years of experience in higher education student success programming, grants management, or related work with Hispanic adult learners
      - Experience coordinating or managing federal grant programs
      - Background working with communities of color or underserved populations
      - Evidence of prior experience serving in a nurse faculty position
      - Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
