      Job Title: Construction Project Manager

      Job Description

      Assist in overseeing all aspects of commercial construction projects from planning to implementation. Allocate resources for assigned projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

      Responsibilities

      • Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors, occasionally involving carpenters and self-performing tasks.
      • Interface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials, and clients.
      • Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications.

      Essential Skills

      • Minimum 3 years of Project Engineer experience on commercial properties with budgets ranging from 3-10 million dollars.
      • Preferred 5 years of Project Manager experience.
      • Proficiency in construction management and project management for commercial construction.
      • Proficient in software such as Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Project.
      • Ability to read schematics and blueprints.
      • Construction Management Degree with proven success on projects of similar scope.

      Additional Skills & Qualifications

      • Familiarity with construction management software like Sage.
      • Carpentry knowledge.
      • Strong leadership qualities.
      • Strong negotiation skills.
      • Deadline and detail-oriented.

      Work Environment

      This role requires both office work and site visits, including meetings with clients, following up on proposal submissions, and ordering materials. The work environment includes progress meetings and a three-week look-ahead schedule.

      Pay and Benefits

      The pay range for this position is $43.29 - $58.97/hr.
