- Facilitate the onboarding of new operator partners, coordinate technical integration tasks with internal teams, track progress, and provide support to resolve issues.
- Manage the game enablement and release process, ensuring the timely entry of game data into internal and partner systems.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for technical support inquiries, providing high-quality customer service and quick resolutions across multiple communication channels.
- Ensure accuracy and integrity of data across internal systems by proactively auditing entries, resolving discrepancies, and maintaining up-to-date records critical to partner integrations and game delivery.
- Lead efforts to test and troubleshoot reported issues, verify reported bugs, and work closely with QA and engineering teams to ensure swift issue resolution.
- Work in collaboration with Commercial Account Managers to plan and follow up on game releases, ensuring timely onboarding and successful partner engagement.
- Collaborate with internal teams to meet quality expectations, jurisdictional compliance requirements, and any other operational standards.
- Participate in key meetings with internal and external stakeholders, contributing your expertise and insights to drive success of company initiatives.
- Take ownership of projects and tasks, proactively identifying potential issues or improvements and taking steps to resolve or optimize.
- Document operational processes and maintain an up-to-date internal knowledge base, ensuring team-wide alignment and enabling scalability through clear documentation.
- 3-5 years of experience in a Project Management or Project Coordinator role, with a proven track record of independently managing multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
- While this is not a technical role, strong technical aptitude is essential.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and solve problems with minimal supervision.
- Strong communication skills, with experience engaging both technical and non-technical stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience creating project plans, timelines and managing expectations across multiple teams.
- Proven experience in a client-facing role, with the ability to build strong relationships, and communicate clearly and professionally with external partners.
- Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Teams, CRM platforms, Slack, or similar tools.
- Experience in online gaming, SAAS, or a related industry is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with the casino gaming industry is a plus.
- Previous experience in a business analyst or quality assurance role is a plus.
