What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Direct and manage operational and administrative activities of project teams
- Oversee medium to large internal projects from initiation through delivery
- Develop and sustain relationships with business partners while managing risks and scope changes
- Lead project communication planning and delivery to stakeholders
- Participate in project reviews and monitor project review schedules
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related discipline
- 5+ years of experience in a Project Management role with team development background
- 5+ years in an IT capacity with an understanding of applications, databases, networking, and telecommunications
- 3 to 5 years of experience in system analysis, design, or infrastructure deployment/support
- Strong leadership, judgment, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Preferred PMP certification or equivalent project leadership experience
- Experience with Agile, Waterfall, and Iterative project methodologies
- Familiarity with cost modeling, revenue projections, and risk management
- Basic familiarity with portfolio management tools like Clarity
- Strong process improvement mindset and experience contributing to PMO maturity
