      Job Overview

      Liquid Sunshine is the full-service, in-house creative marketing agency for Keurig Dr Pepper (KDP) and its 125 leading beverage brands, including Dr Pepper, Snapple, Keurig, Green Mountain Coffee Roasters, 7UP, Bai, A&W, Core, Canada Dry, and Schweppes. Our mission is to help grow KDP’s iconic and refreshing brands with equally iconic and refreshing creative communications and experiences.

      We are seeking a proven Project Manager to be a part of our exciting new phase of growth in capabilities, brand assignments, and creative excellence. The Project Manager will shepherd the end-to-end creative development process through the agency beginning with kickoff and through asset completion.

      WHAT YOU’LL DO:

      • Establish schedules/timelines and manage to milestones, project kickoffs, internal creative reviews, stakeholder reviews, and handoffs between internal and external partners.
      • Assist with project scoping as needed; anticipate and respond to shifts in priorities, tasks, resources and/or requirements on an on-going basis.
      • Manage a high volume of packaging and other projects from kickoff, through design and production, to printer release.
      • Utilize established agency tools for managing workflow and timetables.
      • Collaborate with Creative Management and discipline leads to assign resources to new projects.
      • Work closely with Creative and Production teams to ensure design intent is accurately translated to approved templates and die lines.
      • Work with cross-functional internal stakeholders to collect needed information and secure alignment and approvals.
      • Collaborate with pre-media agency and other external partners to ensure proper handoff of packaging files.
      • Ensure risks are mitigated and properly communicated and escalated across the organization.
      • Champion and contribute to a culture of diversity, inclusion, personal growth, winning, and fun.

      Requirements

      • A minimum of 3 years of packaging and/or print project management experience in progressive roles, ideally with at least 1 year for a leading CPG brand.
      • Working knowledge of project management software.
      • A deep understanding and working knowledge of end-to-end creative development and production processes across various media channels and asset types
      • The gravitas, emotional intelligence, and negotiating skills to ensure deadlines and budgets are met, without sacrificing the quality of the work.
      • Determination, courage, and ingenuity in the face of obstacles, deadlines, ambiguity, and healthy conflict.
      • The optimism to think bigger, the curiosity to dig deeper, and the passion to do better.
      • An entrepreneurial spirit, a strong work ethic, and a bold approach to problem-solving.
      • An infatuation with beverages, a love of brands, and a lifelong affair with all things creative.
      • CPG and brand-side experience a plus.
