      Summary

      The Project Manager will provide administrative oversight related to specific NET/NCC grants and administrative functions. The project manager's primary program of oversight is the DHS Parenting Collaborative, in which the Project Manager will supervise all contractors, program logistics and operations and all other administrative functions related to the Parenting Collaborative. In addition to the Parenting Collaborative, the project manager will also oversee other projects/grants as assigned

      ESSENTIAL POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES : (and other duties as assigned)

      • Performs clerical and administrative tasks including drafting letters, memos, invoices, reports, and other documents for senior staff.
      • Oversight of the Department of Human Services (DHS) Parenting Collaborative.
      • Supervise a team of Contractors facilitating the Parenting Collaborative
      • Administer pre and post-tests, consent forms, and intake forms to parenting collaborative workshop participants.
      • Prepare required documents as stipulated by regulatory requirements, and/or grant administrator.
      • Provide written documentation as required.
      • Participate in required training for Parenting Collaborative.
      • Coordination and scheduling of weekly groups.
      • Responsible for advertising and enrolling participants, tracking attendance, submission of monthly invoices, managing client database and ordering supplies.
      • Participate in supervision as deemed by agency, DHS regulations and Operations Director.
      • Conforms to and follows agency policies, procedures and regulations regarding confidentiality and client rights.
      • Attendance at training, supervision sessions and staff meeting as required.
      • Support with development of grants and grant oversight for any received
      • Oversight of grant responsibility will vary depending on the specific contract terms

      Qualifications


      MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS :

      • Minimum of a bachelor's degree in social work, counseling, human services, education, or related field; Masters of Social Work preferred
      • Knowledge of social work values and/or child welfare, behavioral health, addiction services
      • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Power Point, Word, and Excel) at the intermediate to advanced level.
      • Experience with database systems preferred.
      • Excellent time management and organizational skills
      • Advanced oral and written communication skills in order to effectively problem-solve
      • Must be a team player, patient, flexible, and have the ability to multi-task
      • Demonstrated ability to complete multiple tasks in a timely and accurate fashion in a fast-paced environment
