      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Gain a deep understanding of local permitting rules across various markets to streamline complex processes
      - Act as a trusted advisor, guiding clients through intricate approval processes for efficient outcomes
      - Build and maintain strong relationships with municipal staff to accelerate approval times
      - Oversee multiple permitting projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and resolution of potential roadblocks
      - Collaborate with internal teams to continuously improve the employer’s platform and enhance the client experience

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 6 years of professional experience in architecture, construction, or permitting
      - Strong familiarity with local building codes, zoning regulations, and permitting processes
      - Excellent communication abilities and talent for building strong relationships with clients and municipal officials
      - Proficient in relevant software tools and adaptable in learning new systems
      - Experience with permitting processes in Miami-Dade County is a plus

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Hands-on permitting experience in a variety of jurisdictions
      - Previous experience managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
      - Proven track record of successful client interactions and project management
