What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage small to medium-sized projects under limited direction, potentially leading sub-teams for larger projects
- Establish and monitor project requirements, priorities, and deadlines
- Ensure quality and timeliness of project results while adhering to established budgets
- Communicate project status to team members and business owners throughout the project lifecycle
- Prepare standard and ad hoc management reports and presentations for assigned projects

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s Degree and at least 2 years of experience in project management OR High School/GED and at least 4 years of experience in project management
- Experience presenting and reporting on project plans to stakeholders and senior management
- Experience with project management, including planning, organizing, and managing resources
- Experience utilizing project management software and scheduling tools, such as MS Project
- Willingness to travel up to 10% of the time for business purposes

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Knowledge of business practices related to healthcare and pharmacy operations
- Experience in identifying operational issues and implementing strategies for resolution
- Intermediate level skills in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams)
- Data analysis experience and skills
- Skilled in designing and maintaining databases and data systems
