  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Manage a complex international maritime proliferation prevention project in the Philippines, including scope for a chemical security project
  - Plan, document, and execute processes for technical program management, including risk management and subcontractor management
  - Act as the company representative with clients and subcontractors, negotiating changes to the scope of work
  - Establish relationships with local stakeholders and participate in meetings and negotiations supporting U.S. Government clients
  - Oversee project execution, ensuring adherence to quality standards and timely delivery of project milestones
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related technical/business field and typically 10+ years of related work experience, with at least 7 years managing international projects for U.S. Government customers
  - Professional registration through the Project Management Institute is required
  - Must be willing to travel frequently to Manila, Philippines, and coastal areas within the Philippines
  - Proven ability to manage distributed teams located in foreign countries
  - Excellent written and oral communication skills
  
  How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  - Experience in Maritime Surveillance and Common Operator Pictures
  - Experience conducting and managing training courses and exercises
  - Experience working with the Philippine Coast Guard is desired but not required
  - Bi-lingual in English and Filipino/Tagalog is preferred
