      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Perform asset tagging and data collection in the field while reporting to a Regional Manager
      - Assist in the development, pricing, and execution of program business plans
      - Lead walk-through surveys and ensure compliance with safety protocols
      - Conduct data quality and control checks, ensuring accurate reporting
      - Travel may be required 100% of the time for project-related activities

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum educational requirement: High School Diploma; Bachelor’s degree preferred in engineering, construction management, sciences, IT, or related field
      - Must possess OSHA-10 Construction Industry Outreach Training or be able to obtain one
      - Strong time management and problem-solving skills
      - Proficiency with iPad/iPhone iOS systems and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Excel)
      - Ability to comprehend and communicate complex issues effectively

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Interest in pursuing an Engineer-In-Training (EIT) or related certificate or license
      - Experience with IoT devices, including function and deployment
      - Previous experience in data collection on building systems, specifically HVAC and refrigeration
