      Responsibilities:

      • Plans, monitors and manages internal projects from initiation through completion

      • Leads or coordinates project planning, resourcing, staffing, supply and subcontract management, progress reporting, troubleshooting and people management

      • Ensures project results meet requirements regarding technical quality, reliability, schedule and cost

      • Monitors performance and recommends schedule changes, cost adjustments or resource additions

      • Responsibilities are within the Project/Program Management Function as a generalist or in a combination of Disciplines

      Qualifications:

      • Must have a relevant Engineering qualification i.e. HNC/HND or above and have 5 years minimum Project Management experience.

      • Experience in Oil and Gas industry is not essential but would be an advantage.

      • A working knowledge of relevant industry specifications and legal regulations

      • Experience of Project Management within an Engineering/Manufacturing environment.

      • Have an understanding of problem solving techniques & continuous improvement tools.

      • Excellent computer skills required with Microsoft Projects proficiency desirable.

      • Strong organisational & good team-working skills

      • The ability to explain design ideas and plans clearly

      • Confident decision-making ability

      • Excellent communication skills

      • The ability to work within budgets and to deadlines

      • Ability to review & implement new procedures using correct processes.
