- Provide effective management over all aspects of project phases and/or entire projects. This includes scoping, estimating, scheduling, resource allocation, budgeting and monitoring to assure timely project completion.
- Establish and define milestones and appropriate ownership responsibilities; negotiate timelines, schedules, and develop detailed work plans.
- Formulate reports concerning areas of focus, work progress, forecasting, scheduling, and costs; uses Work Breakdown structures, Process Maps, Gantt charts, relationship models and other project management tools.
- Interface and collaborate with all areas affected by the project, including end users as well as administrative and clinical stakeholders.
- Manage several projects at a time; oversee all project management aspects, coordinate activities and complete projects in a time sensitive and budget informed manner. This requires utilizing project tracking methods and prioritization matrixes.
- Act as single point of contact and expert project consultant. Proactively understand and evaluate stakeholders priorities, requirements and operational impacts; provide strategic consultation related to the design and implementation of effective solutions and business processes across the organization.
- Manage project budget and ensure proper documentation and controls are in force and effective
- Collaborate with supervisor to plan and prioritize projects.
- Participate in all scheduled staff meetings, supervision sessions, and other departmental and agency meetings.
- Adhere to compliance, regulations, required laws and trainings I.e. Mandatory abuse reporting laws and HIPPA, fire regulations, including all company policies
- Complete all annul employee training requirements in order to understand how to conduct ethical work, for professional development, and stay in compliance
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Bachelors Degree in, Project Management, Business Management, Healthcare Administration or a related field; or the equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
- PMP or other professional project management certification preferred.
- Minimum of three years related experience resulting in demonstrated project management skills.
- Prior experience working in a healthcare agency or non-profit organization preferred.
- Advances skills in project management software tools, i.e. Gantt chart, Logic Network, PERT Chart, Product Breakdown Structure or Work Breakdown Structure
- Proven ability to identify opportunities and provide structure to ambiguous data
- Help support systemic solutions to ensure clinical quality and financial sustainability
- Manage multiple priorities and solve problems in a time sensitive manner
- Excellent communications skills
- Understanding of healthcare entities and structures: CCBHC, FQHC, CMHC, value based payments, etc.
- Knowledge of culturally specific services
- Knowledge of evidence based practices
- Knowledge of Microsoft office suite (Word, Power Point, Excel)
- Requires intermediate Excel knowledge and ability to prepare advance reports
- Must be able to operate computer programs and systems at a level needed to perform the essential duties
- Ability to travel to other Cascadia locations as necessary

This position is located at our administration office in NE Portland, near Lloyd Center. The schedule is typically Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Hybrid schedule can be discussed in interview.
Job Overview
The Project Manager Develops and oversees project plans, teams, budgets and schedules, driving the project to completion in order to meet identified success criteria on time and within budget. The Project manager is responsible to communicate timely and relevant information related to project objectives, parameters, status and outcomes in collaboration with stakeholders and project teams. The Project Manager will leverage professional tools to provide updates and communication between project team and senior leaders, and will work across departments to support projects and identify any areas at risk.
The Project Manager promotes integrated care, our vision of trauma-informed and person-first approaches and helps create a work environment of inclusion, safety, and acceptance.

Working Conditions
Environmental: Work is primarily performed in an office setting utilizing computers and other office equipment. Work hours are generally standard office hours, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm
Mental: Meal periods and breaks may be subject to interruption. Remaining aware to every-day risk or discomfort requiring standard safety precautions
Physical Demands: The nature of the position involves being stationary for steady periods of time preparing reports, putting together information and sending out communication via computer. Communication is extensive; ability to convey information, identify information and demonstrate reports. There may be infrequent use of stairs, kneeling, lifting 20-50 lbs. or running.
