      Title: Project Manager - Process Integration

      JOB DESCRIPTION

      Wildfire Safety and Meteorology have a temporary need for a Process Integration Lead to support the implementation of Technosylva across all six states. This contractor will be responsible for decision documentation, data mapping, and overall process integration. This contractor will work with both the Meteorology and Wildfire Safety departments to ensure decisions and strategy are clearly documented in a manner to support long term, sustainable operation of the tools consistent with PacifiCorp processes. This contractor will also develop and manage content to support regulatory filings, presentations, and executive updates.


      Manages end-to-end project, decision, strategy, and process integration documentation for designing and standing up the incorporation of risk modelling software (such as Technosylva). Additionally this contractor will work to inform recommended procedures for on-going software maintenance and updates.



      Requirements

      RESPONSABILITIES

      • Provide leadership required for development of detailed project plans and ensures plans, actions, assignments, team responsibilities, milestone dates, and overall strategies are clearly stated.
      • Define the approach and facilitate the completion of software integration.
      • Develops and manages key decision and strategy documents to inform ultimate tool functionality, design, and selection.
      • Identify, assesses and manage business and schedule risks associated with the implementation and use of the software program.
      • Develops realistic project plans, with regular stakeholder updates, consistent with recommended IT PM practices (Agile, Waterfall, etc).
      • Creates standards, guides, procedures, methods and tools for software usability.
      • Develop and manage the project scope and objectives of assigned projects as well as the function of each team member recruited to deliver the project.
      • Collaboratively develop the project schedule in accordance with project objectives.
      • Direct the work of other matrix team members assigned by business units
      • Management of contractors or subject matter experts hired externally as required
      • Establish project office requirements and structure required to meet standards
      • Onboard application support needs of various business units for the software
      • Drive requirements for application updates and improvements to drive towards automation
