      the job:

      amika is looking for a highly organized and dynamic Creative Project Manager/Producer to join our creative services team. t his person will be responsible for producing monthly social and product shoots , tracking creative assets through post - production , and keeping project boards , timelines , and requirements succinct for creative execution . This role requires a blend of creativity, technical understanding, and project management acumen to ensure seamless execution of various creative projects.

      location: Brooklyn, NY (can work remotely, must be willing and able to come into office when needed)

      salary: $80,000 - $100,000 + benefits

      what you'll do

      • produce monthly ecomm imagery and social photo/video shoots, ensuring content is delivered on schedule and in budget.
      • act as the central hub for post-production workflows, meticulously managing the tracking, editing, and final delivery of all photo and video assets to meet project deadlines and quality standards.
      • facilitate cross-functional communication among teams, including creative, marketing, operational departments, and external vendors, to ensure alignment on project goals and timelines.
      • enhance team communication and project transparency by effectively managing project boards on Asana, keeping all project details current and accessible to all team members.
      • collaborate with creative directors and stakeholders to understand project requirements, objectives, and creative direction.
      • facilitate collaboration across a diverse creative team, including graphic designers, video editors, copywriters, and external vendors, to ensure cohesive and high-quality outputs.
      • Negotiate and manage contracts with creative freelancers, ensuring clear understanding of project scopes and deliverables.
      • stay abreast of industry trends, tools, and technologies that can enhance our creative output and streamline creative processes.

      must haves:

      • a minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Creative Project Manager or Producer, ideally within a fast-paced agency or in-house creative team.
      • proficient in project management tools (Asana preferred) with a knack for keeping projects and teams organized and on track.
      • knowledge of the creative production process, with a keen understanding of the creative and technical requirements involved.
      • familiarity with digital media formats, production equipment, and creative software tools.
      • excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage and collaborate with diverse teams.
      • ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
      • ability to work 10-14hr days on photoshoots.

      n ice-to-haves

      • b achelor's degree in a related field such as Marketing, Communications, Photo/Video, or Media Studies.
      • e xperience with digital marketing strategies and understanding their interplay with creative content.
      • p roficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Capture One, Box, Frame IO.
