      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Support one or more projects within OIS Project Solutions
      - Manage medium to large projects or function as a deputy project manager for highly complex initiatives
      - Facilitate and coordinate with stakeholders, project staff, and contractors
      - Lead and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve project objectives
      - Create foundational project artifacts and reports

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Five years of progressively responsible experience related to project management
      - Hands-on experience managing major technology projects
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Suite including Word, Excel, Visio, SharePoint, PowerPoint, and Project
      - Ability to lead meetings, review project deliverables, and manage project organization
      - Strong communication and organizational skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Hands-on experience using Microsoft Project to create and manage project schedules
      - Demonstrated proficiency in facilitating meetings and conversations with stakeholders
