      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring quality control throughout each project's life cycle
      - Perform quality assurance (QA) and quality control (QC) reviews of commercial Property and Facility Condition Assessments
      - Engage with subcontractors and field staff, monitor project progress, and maintain client communication
      - Clearly communicate project expectations to team members and staff
      - Identify and resolve project issues, deliver progress reports, and manage client follow-up and concerns

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - A Bachelor's or Graduate Degree in Architecture or related Engineering Field (Civil, Mechanical, Construction Management, etc.)
      - 5+ years of experience in architecture, engineering, and/or construction/cost estimating
      - 3+ years of experience performing and/or reviewing property inspection reports
      - 2+ years of experience completing similar work for financial institutions
      - Extensive knowledge of ASTM-2018 and the Property Condition Report Assessment process

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Specific experience with Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac report formats
      - Experience with pre-acquisition PCA due diligence reporting
      - Familiarity with the basic principles of civil, structural, and geotechnical engineering
      - Proven ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently and deliver quality results on time
      - Working knowledge of Quire (report writing platform)
