      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring quality control throughout each project's life cycle
      - Perform quality assurance (QA) and quality control (QC) reviews of commercial Property and Facility Condition Assessments
      - Cultivate strong relationships with team members and clients to ensure successful and timely project delivery
      - Provide recommendations and solutions to relationship managers and clients, considering the impact on the transaction process
      - Delegate tasks to appropriate team members and coordinate responses to client requests for scope changes

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - A Bachelor's or Graduate Degree in Architecture or a related Engineering Field (Civil, Mechanical, Construction Management, etc.)
      - 5+ years of experience in architecture, engineering, and/or construction/cost estimating
      - 3+ years of experience performing and/or reviewing property inspection reports
      - 2+ years of experience completing similar work for financial institutions
      - Extensive knowledge of ASTM-2018 and the Property Condition Report Assessment process

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Specific experience with Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac report formats
      - Experience with pre-acquisition PCA due diligence reporting
      - Familiarity with the basic principles of civil, structural, and geotechnical engineering
      - Proven ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently and deliver quality results on time
      - Working knowledge of Quire (report writing platform)
