Primary Responsibilities:
- Apply knowledge of provider enrollment business processes and expertise in Medicaid provider enrollment and maintenance
- Provide strategic planning, implementation, and operational support for Provider Enrollment projects
- Attend, document, and distribute provider meeting minutes within 2 business days
- Analyze workflows, identify deficiencies, and develop more efficient provider enrollment processes
- Oversee and report on project schedule tasks for provider revalidation and enrollment data issues
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of project management experience
- 5+ years of Medicaid experience
- 2+ years of provider enrollment experience
- Experience evaluating current processes and providing recommendations for improvements
- Experience using Microsoft Project
- Knowledge of medical credentialing and privileging procedures and standards
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Solid organizational and time management skills
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
