      Location:
      Central Office, Chicago, IL
      Type: Full-Time, Non-Exempt
      Salary: $52,500 - $58,300/ annually

      CEDA (Community and Economic Development Association) is a leading nonprofit organization committed to empowering communities and reducing poverty throughout Chicagoland. We are currently seeking a Project Manager to oversee the Purple X Project, working in collaboration with internal departments, external partners, and community stakeholders to ensure successful program implementation and long-term impact.

      What You’ll Do:

      • Support the Deputy Director and Director in setting project goals and monitoring outcomes for the Purple X Project.
      • Collaborate with Link Further and the Vent Program to manage all aspects of Purple X, working with therapists, schools, youth, professionals, and local government.
      • Oversee daily operations and ensure project goals and deliverables are met.
      • Work with the Special Projects Director to plan, design, and implement initiatives, including recruiting students and young adults.
      • Collect, analyze, and report data to track project performance and inform improvements.
      • Identify operational issues and propose solutions to the Special Projects Director.
      • Design and track project goals to support growth and enhance operational efficiency.
      • Attend training to ensure compliance with technical and regulatory standards.
      • Participate in project meetings and suggest process improvements.
      • Maintain organized, up-to-date project documentation and promote awareness of CEDA services.
      • Ensure alignment of all new projects with CEDA’s mission, brand, and values.
      • Maintain records and systems to track milestones, monitor compliance, and report results.

      What We’re Looking For:

      • Bachelor's degree in social services or related field.
      • Minimum of 5 years of successful project administration/coordination in the non-profit/impact or analytics environment.
      • Must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in community engagement and community organizing.
      • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Teams, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Outlook).
