      Employer is seeking to hire a Project Manager for the Digital Robotics and Enabling Technologies Division, leading research and development projects and initiatives associated with connected products and solutions for the Connectivity and Integration Team.

      Responsibilities:

      - Lead a cross-functional engineering team in planning, coordinating, monitoring, and executing R&D projects for connectivity within Employer's product portfolio.
      - Develop project estimates and charters, and evaluate tradeoffs within each project.
      - Meet with project stakeholders to understand and refine project scope.
      - Develop and manage detailed project plans.
      - Collaborate with team and leadership to establish project budget and monitor costs.
      - Develop a risk management plan and monitor project risks.
      - Foster an inclusive and enthusiastic project team environment.
      - Influence project performance and recommend changes as needed.
      - Contribute to the development of 5-year project roadmaps.
      - Provide timely updates and information to leadership.
      - Develop and maintain project dashboards.

      Requirements:

      - Bachelor's Degree in a technical discipline preferred.
      - 4+ years of work experience.
      - PMP certification preferred.
      - Knowledge of Agile methodology.

      Salary: $83,000 - $176,800 per year + bonus eligible + Benefits (Health, Vision, Dental, 401K, Tuition Reimbursement, Employee Assistance Program, Wellbeing Program, Employee Stock Purchase Program).

      Travel Percentage: 20%
