What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as the lead point of contact for assigned client accounts
- Support the sales cycle, preliminary client meetings, and validate project requirements
- Create and maintain detailed project schedules with a large number of deliverables
- Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders
- Monitor team performance against project baseline to identify changes to scope, budget, and schedule

What is Required (Qualifications):
- University degree in Business Administration or related field with an interest in Project Management
- Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Project Manager, with 3 years managing training and/or documentation projects
- Proven track record of client satisfaction and on-time delivery
- Experience working in a professional services organization
- Experience using Microsoft Excel to create complex schedules, GANTT charts, and financial tracking

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Professional Project Management Certification
- Experience working collaboratively with remote team members and leveraging technologies effectively
- Experience with Open Air or similar timesheet and finance management tool
