      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Act as the dedicated representative for capital projects throughout all phases
      - Oversee project planning, design, procurement strategy, budget control, scheduling, and construction oversight
      - Monitor project progress regularly and hold status meetings with all stakeholders
      - Communicate effectively with architects, consultants, contractors, and government agencies
      - Conduct thorough inspections of construction sites and ensure successful project completion

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Ability to travel domestically a majority of the time to visit different project sites
      - Hospitality development and construction experience preferred
      - Degree in Construction Management, Real Estate, Engineering, or Architecture is a plus

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Proven experience in overseeing capital projects in a construction or real estate environment
      - Strong knowledge of contract administration and project budgeting
      - Exceptional communication and leadership skills
