      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Plan and drive project implementation, aligning with clients on key milestones
      - Document project activities and communicate formal weekly status to stakeholders
      - Provide change management support for first-year event clients, ensuring effective adoption of processes
      - Manage project scope, expectations, and financial performance against targets
      - Coordinate multiple work streams to remove obstacles and ensure project success

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 4+ years of project management experience, including software implementation
      - Strong written and verbal communication skills
      - Ability to utilize various project management tools effectively
      - Highly self-motivated with excellent organizational and analytical skills
      - Experience working in a consulting environment or client-facing role

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Event industry experience preferred
      - PMP certification is a plus
      - Solution-oriented with a positive and persistent attitude
      - Ability to prioritize competing deadlines and organize ambiguous ideas
      - Strong leadership skills and a team-player mentality
