      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage all aspects of assigned projects throughout the project lifecycle, including scope, schedule, resources, quality, costs, and change
      - Develop and maintain detailed project plans with milestones, tasks, and completion dates
      - Revise project plans as needed to accommodate changing requirements
      - Prepare and submit status reports on project progress to management
      - Schedule and conduct project meetings, including logistics, agendas, and minutes

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
      - 3-5 years of relevant project management experience
      - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
      - Ability to effectively communicate with team members and stakeholders
      - Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
      - 5-7 years of project management experience
      - PMP or Six Sigma Green Belt certification
      - Experience working in healthcare-related projects
