What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Enforce safety requirements to ensure compliance with industry and company standards
- Lead projects in scheduling, budget, and document management from Contract to Completion
- Track and report project results and metrics
- Manage and mentor project support positions
- Procure adequate resources to achieve project objectives
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 5-8 years of construction-related experience
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Project, Excel, Word, Power Point, and Project Management Software
- Ability to travel up to approximately 50%
- Demonstrated commitment to safety field concepts and procedures
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree
- Knowledge of relevant building codes and Uniform Building Code (UBC)
- Modular building industry experience
