      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop project plans for all construction and remodel projects in assigned geographical areas
      - Budget, manage, and communicate all projects to stakeholders, ensuring timely completion within scope and budget
      - Lead cross-departmental project teams through all phases of the project life cycle
      - Actively manage issue mitigation and facilitate decision-making among project team members and stakeholders
      - Coach, mentor, and train associates in project management best practices

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 5 years of retail construction project management experience
      - Project Management Certification preferred
      - Strong organizational and relationship management skills
      - Experience with training and facilitation
      - Knowledge of construction methods, architectural, engineering, and design principles

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Lean or Six Sigma knowledge
      - Familiarity with the convenience store industry
      - Strong coaching skills to provide training and development
      - Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills at an executive level
