What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop project plans for construction and remodel projects in designated areas
- Budget, manage, and communicate project details to stakeholders
- Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
- Lead cross-departmental project teams through all phases of the project lifecycle
- Train, coach, and mentor associates on project management best practices
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 5 years of retail construction project management experience
- Project Management Certification preferred
- Familiarity with construction methods and knowledge of architectural and engineering principles
- Strong relationship management and organizational skills
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills for all levels of the organization
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Lean or Six Sigma knowledge
- Training and facilitation background
- Knowledge of the convenience store industry
- Demonstrated ability to motivate others and achieve results
