What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide expertise and management of multiple individual and multi-site retail projects.
- Establish and maintain project goals and success criteria.
- Develop, direct, and manage the project development from concept through completion.
- Coordinate due diligence efforts and maintain documentation.
- Identify, manage, and mitigate potential liabilities and risks.

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Proven experience in Retail construction, including managing and negotiating with designers, contractors, and owner vendors; experience as a construction contractor is highly desirable.
- Possess subject matter expertise, i.e., construction methods, HVAC/MEP systems, etc.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple / multi-site projects concurrently.
- Highly organized with strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong working knowledge of architectural drawings and constructability methods.

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 0-2 years of experience as an Rx Technician or Customer Service Representative in a healthcare-related service
