Job Description
- Req#: 1311
- Schedule and manage day to day responsibilities/activities of field technicians.
- Work closely with project managers, schedulers, account managers, and other team members to ensure alignment on project schedules.
- Plan, execute, and finalize schedules according to strict deadlines and within budget.
- Interface with customer/clients on a regular basis, providing project status and problem resolution.
- Provide technical guidance and direction for field technicians.
- Maintain appropriate levels of communication to ensure the customer is well-informed before, during and after service engagements.
- Develop, maintain, and manage project schedules in the time frame promised to the customer.
- Ensure the quality and completeness of work performed meets or exceeds the expectations of the customer.
- Assist Account Team with billing for time & materials services and service agreements.
- Accurate completion, timely submittal and archival of required service documentation.
- This includes Velogic data accuracy, Customer Acceptance Forms and weekly billing.
- 2+ years of prior work experience in project management preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with project teams.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail in project/schedule creation and maintenance.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize customer satisfaction.
- Strong time management skills to meet project deadlines and deliverables.
- Ability to identify conflicts and issues and develop effective solutions.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities.
- Working knowledge of Salesforce or other CRM software preferred.
- Post-Secondary Education degree preferred.
- Certifications such as Project Management Professional (PMP), PMI Scheduling Professional (PMI-SP), or AACE International’s Planning and Scheduling Professional (PSP) preferred.
