What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Organize, manage, and plan complex projects for research, development, and product implementation
- Lead interdepartmental teams to ensure projects are completed on time and to specifications
- Conduct cost analysis and prepare project budgets based on estimates
- Perform risk assessments and provide recommendations for mitigation
- Serve as a liaison between the company, customers, and vendors while ensuring compliance with regulations
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Computer Science, Business, or Engineering
- Minimum of three years of related experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- PMP, PgMP, CAPM, and/or comparable project management certifications
- Experience in the renewable energy sector
- Strong supervisory and leadership skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple projects
- Familiarity with industry regulations and best practices
