      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Oversee and manage clinical trials with biopharmaceutical companies, ensuring compliance with contractual requirements
      - Serve as the primary point of contact for Sponsors and functional team members during clinical trial projects
      - Lead project activities, including risk mitigation and management of project finances
      - Develop and maintain project documentation, procedures, and communication plans
      - Proactively identify solutions to improve existing business processes

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s Degree and at least 2 years of experience in clinical research and project management, or High School GED with at least 5 years of relevant experience
      - Knowledge of clinical trials and applicable regulatory requirements (GCP and ICH guidelines)
      - Experience with EDC systems and technology-enabled solutions in clinical trials
      - Proven ability to collaborate and deliver results within timelines and budgets
      - Willingness to travel up to 15% for business purposes

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - At least 4 years of clinical research experience
      - Preference for candidates residing in Chicago and Boston

      Responsibilities may include: receiving, scanning, picking, packing, auditing and shipping merchandise to the customer. Tracks all inbound and outbound items through radio frequency (RF) scanning to ensure accountability in inventory. Verifies orders and ensures entry into the inventory management system. Operates a clean and safe work environment, ensuring that all areas of the warehouse are well maintained, kept orderly and free of debris. Maintains quality standards set forth by warehouse management.
