      At North Sky Communications , a s a Project Manager you will coordinate activities of the project and represent the company as a liaison between Construction teams, internal support, and the customer, schedule meetings and manage the workflow of all work projects issued. Additionally, manage and ensure projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and in a way that is safe and follows federal, state, and local agency regulatory requirements.

      What you’ll do as a Project Manager,

      • Establish a process to account for end to end workflow that identifies all turn-key touch points necessary to fulfill contractual obligations specific within a customer engagement.
      • Identifying transition criteria and then managing stakeholder touch points, internal and external, from receipt of customer work order through invoice approval ensuring complete contractual compliance.
      • Removing obstacles and empowering Operations to be successful.
      • Constantly managing and monitoring project progress, risk and the quality of the customer experience.
      • Coordinate project level activities. Include but not limited to all project phases.
      • Strong collaboration with the project close-out team to ensure all project deliverables are provided to ensure timely invoicing and payment.
      • Proactively identify and resolve potential issues before they become problems.
      • Lead efforts to gather all project level status to report on program status to all stakeholders.
      • Identify and implement continuous process improvement initiatives to allow Operations to deliver services more efficiently.
      • Client interface for project status and issue resolution.
      • Responsible for reporting on predetermined program level KPIs.
      • Participates in weekly project level status calls with customers, keeping expectations aligned through schedule variance tracking and risk mitigation techniques.
      • Responsible for tracking change impact and delay impact.



      What you’ll need

      • To be 18 years of age or older
      • Authorization to work in the United States for this company.
      • Possess, or obtain upon employment, a valid driver’s license.
      • Excellent communication skills with both internal and external customers

      Additional qualifications

      • Bachelor’s Degree in an industry related field and combination of education and experience in telecommunications field.
      • Project Management Certifications are highly valued and preferred.
      • Ability to apply project management concepts, and methodologies.
      • Understanding of the project life cycle as defined by PMI.
      • Proficient in financial practices and principles.
      • Proficient in organizational systems.
      • Solid understanding of all construction documents, plans, specifications, addendum bid documents and reports.
      • Ability to collect, organize, disseminate, and analyze significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
      • Strong communications skills both written and verbal.
      • Strong negotiator and consensus builder.
      • Problem solver and critical thinker.
      • Proven leadership in a cross functional team environment.
      • Strong proficiency in MS Office Applications: MS Word, MS Excel, MS Project and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets).
      • Proficient in Technical Writing.
      • Ability to calculate figures and amounts (measurements in terms of distance, proportions, percentages, and area, and apply concepts of basic mathematics.
      • Ability to work independently on assigned tasks with minimum guidance.

      Physical abilities & exposures

      • Routinely: stand, crouch, sit, bend, and use hands and fingers to handle or feel as well as reaching with hands and arms to spaces both high and low, lift or move up to 50 pounds in a shift.
      • Occasionally: exposed to adverse and various weather conditions which can include extreme hot or cold temperatures, changes in terrain, urban or rural settings.



      Salary Range $ 95-$110K
