What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage the design, development, and construction of projects while coordinating with multiple stakeholder teams
- Schedule and lead project meetings, preparing agendas and maintaining project budgets and timelines
- Write and distribute meeting minutes, documenting important decisions and tasks assigned
- Develop and manage project budgets and schedules, tracking timelines and costs
- Communicate regularly with internal and external customers to ensure high-quality service delivery
What is Required (Qualifications):
- B.S. Degree in Architecture, Construction Management, or Engineering preferred
- 7 to 10 years of directly related project management and/or construction experience
- Hands-on experience with tenant improvement construction projects
- Proven leadership ability, administrative ability, and technical background
- Highly organized with superior oral and written communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in corporate real estate, lease review, and tenant improvement allowance processes
- Ability to read and understand construction specifications and drawings
- Strong client management and consultation skills
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 35% of the time
- Familiarity with Microsoft Project and Excel for scheduling and budgeting
