  As a Project Manager you will lead full cycle project management initiatives to include planning, scheduling, budgeting, documenting, and executing deliverables on time.

  The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of collaboration and customer service in a fast-paced dynamic environment. At ACERTUS, we are disruptors in the industry- utilizing data to back our strategic plans. You should be a stickler for meeting deadlines and manage high velocity and intense business operations seamlessly.
  
  

  Schedule: Monday thru Friday

  Pay: Based on Experience

  
  What will you be doing?

  • Oversee all aspects of project management, working directly with clients to ensure deliverables are within the defined scope.
  • Develop a detailed project plan to deliver on-time results.
  • Lead and monitor project work, assigning tasks to team members and working with offshore developers as needed to meet business requirements.
  • Track progress and performance towards overall completion of an event/task.
  • Perform risk management and quality assurance checks.
  • Develop new processes and work with department heads to streamline operations to meet the evolving needs of the business.
  • Prepare project status reports for upper management and clients.
  • Serve as the single point of contact for client communication, facilitating discussions and meetings as needed.
  • Integrate business processes and policies with new or existing software packages.
  • Be the change agent who drives the dissemination of information regarding updated business processes through documentation and communication with effected parties.
  • Personal responsibility to manage change.

  What are we looking for?

  • Proficient in project management methodology with the ability to stay up to date on the latest in techniques and tools.
  • Knowledge of the software development life cycle.
  • Ability to effectively manage risk.
  • Basic understanding of accounting systems is preferred.
  • Ability to gain a deep understanding of current products, processes, and systems.
  • Strong business and reporting analysis skills.
  • Proven ability to improve business processes and enhance system integration.
  • Ability to proactively research and resolve problems.
  • Organized thinker with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing.

  • Ability to effectively organize and prioritize work, adapt, and concentrate on multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Ability to motivate and coach a team to meet goals.
  • Ability to build strong client relationships and deliver exceptional customer service

  Education and Experience:

  • This position requires a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Management or equivalent field.
  • A PMP Certification is preferred.
  • Must have three to five years of experience in IT project management.
  • Experience as a Scrum Master and leading development teams is preferred.
  • Must maintain a valid, current driver’s license
