Directs project management services on assigned JLL client projects, North American Region, providing superior client service. Job Responsibilities. All aspects of client project management from inception to turnover including management of budget, design process, vendor enrollment/engagement, procurement, scheduling, reporting and all construction activities to complete a successful project and turn over to the client and JLL FM teams for continued operations. Area of Responsibility. Budgeting. Planning. Bidding. Vendor Oversight. Construction Management. Reporting. Key Elements and Essential Tasks. Coordinating client vendors and processes with general project standards. Time Spent on Task 40 hrs/week. Project Management. Oversees project implementation and execution through completion of construction. May manage small, ground-up projects including programming, design, entitlements, bidding, permitting, and construction management. Proficient at managing projects up to 25 k RSF.
