      We're seeking a Project Manager to join our growing team in Monterey, CA. We are offering relocation assistance for a candidate to move to the Monterey, CA area.       What You'll Do:

      As a Project Manager, you'll be the driving force behind large-scale municipal, K-12, and community college programs—leading teams, engaging stakeholders, and ensuring projects stay on track. You'll:

      • Own project execution, from stakeholder engagement to budget management, construction monitoring, and quality control.
      • Advise clients as their trusted partners, guiding them through high-impact decisions.
      • Lead teams of internal staff, partners, and consultants to achieve project goals.
      • Strategize and problem-solve to keep projects moving forward—on time and within budget.
      • Develop & present compelling deliverables, including reports, budgets, and strategic plans.
      • Drive growth by mentoring rising talent and contributing to industry thought leadership.

      What We're Looking For:

      • Experience: 5+ years managing complex projects ($25M+) in education, municipal, or related markets.
      • Education: Bachelor's degree in architecture, construction management, or related field.
      • Expertise: School and DSA experience required. Strong understanding of program and construction management.
      • Leadership: Ability to lead teams and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.
      • Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
      • Communication: Exceptional presentation, facilitation, and client advisory skills.
      • Flexibility: Hybrid role—in-person presence at client sites (3+ days/week) is expected. Must live within a reasonable commuting distance from Monterey, CA.
      • Bonus: Bilingual in English and Spanish? Even better!

      This role's target base annual salary range is currently $110-135,000. Pay scales are determined by role, level, location, and market data. Individual pay is determined through interviews and an assessment of several factors, including skills, education, experience, and certifications.
