      Are you passionate about construction and project management? Do you want to be part of a dynamic, innovative team dedicated to building the future? We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager in the Construction industry to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to lead complex construction projects, manage teams, and deliver high-quality results. You will be involved in every phase of our projects, from planning to completion, and will play a critical role in ensuring our projects are successful.

      Responsibilities

      As a Project Manager in our Construction team, you will

      • Lead, manage, and coordinate all phases of one or more projects from pre-design through post-construction.
      • Develop and manage project schedules and budgets, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
      • Coordinate and oversee the work of the project team, including architects, engineers, contractors, and other professionals.
      • Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with local and national building codes, safety regulations, and other relevant standards.
      • Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status and addressing any issues or concerns that arise.
      • Identify, assess, and manage project risks, developing contingency plans as necessary.
      • Review and approve project plans and specifications, ensuring they meet project objectives and client requirements.
      • Resolve any problems or disputes that arise during the project, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.

      Qualifications

      To be successful in this role, you will need

      • A minimum of 5 years of experience in the construction industry, with a proven track record of managing and delivering complex projects.
      • A bachelor's degree in construction management, civil engineering, or a related field is a plus, but NOT required
      • Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, building codes, and safety regulations.
      • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and coordinate a diverse project team.
      • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to anticipate and resolve issues before they escalate.
      • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
      • Proficiency in project management software and other relevant technology.
      • Professional certification in project management (e.g., PMP) is a plus.
