- Project Manager will manage a cross-functional project team. Develop and maintain a project plan, ensuring that project milestones and tasks are completed on budget and schedule. Manage the risks and issues log.
- Project Manager will organise the teams to comply with CalAIM initiative that will impact SMC's clinical systems (i.e. Epic).
- The Project Manager must be located in California, with a strong preference for candidates in the Bay Area. The selected individual must also pass a background check and obtain clearance for access to the jail facility.
- 5–7 years of project management experience, preferably in healthcare or public sector environments
- Experience with the CalAIM initiative.
- Strong communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
- Working knowledge of Epic systems (certification not required)..
- Experience as a Business Analyst or in roles involving requirements gathering and workflow documentation.
- 5-7 years of Project Management experience.
- Bachelor Degree or Experience.
