- Req#: REF258170H
- Own and manage end-to-end project delivery for logistics execution in the S/4HANA transformation;
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including IT, business stakeholders, and plant operations;
- Define and oversee the implementation of new processes and system configurations (workbooks, testing, go-live);
- Train and guide key users and process experts through the transition from SAP R/3 to S/4HANA;
- Drive continuous improvement post-implementation to ensure long-term success and adoption.
- Education:
- Master’s degree in IT, Business Administration, Economics, or Industrial Engineering.
- Experience:
- Experience as a Project Manager for IT projects;
- Several years of consulting, rollout experience, test management, user support, and training;
- Functional experience in SAP WM and/or EWM and related interface processes;
- Experience with warehouse management solutions in the automotive industry.
- Knowledge:
- Strong understanding of SAP WM/EWM systems;
- Competence in coordinating multiple team members and project activities.
- Languages:
- Fluent English, both written and spoken (C1 level).
- Personality:
- Analytical thinking and ability to design holistic, sustainable solutions;
- Good communication and presentation skills.
