- Manage all aspects of multiple projects throughout BPMO's Project Management Lifecycle Methodology.
- Monitor, track and report project performance to management and stakeholders.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with business customers and stakeholders, thoroughly understanding their business needs, expectations and objectives.
- Interact and communicate effectively at all organizational levels to manage project lifecycle.
- Collaborate with BPMO Manager and Team to continuously improve and mature the client's project management capabilities.
- Provides leading process and project management services to the Company to ensure projects are delivered on-time and on-budget, and meet or exceed the expectations of the stakeholders.
- Provides functional and technical expertise to analyze, develop and modify business processes to address strategic and operational goals.
- Selects and utilizes various process improvement techniques best suited to accomplish project goals and facilitate the collaborative identification of process opportunities.
- Identifies process disconnects and translates them into improvement opportunities with cost savings or avoidance, productivity improvements, or revenue generating business benefits.

- Project/Day to Day Information (should not be taken from job description): Leading 2 product teams, needs to be able to lead the sprint but also manage budget and timeline, strong communication skills; powerpoint skills a HUGE plus
- Requirements for Submission: CSM Certification (Scrum Master), Project Management experience, PMP training and/or cert a plus, Lean Six Sigma training, certification, or application of tools a plus. Proficient Powerpoint Skills (Microsoft Office Suite). Need to use their own personal computer.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
? Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field.
? 5 years process and project management experience including both technology systems and business projects or
programs with responsibility for, and successful delivery of highly complex enterprise change initiatives.
? Project Management Professional (PMP)® or similar certification.
? Insurance or financial services industry experience preferred.
? Lean Six Sigma training, certification, or application of tools.
? Proficient computer skills required including Microsoft Office Suite.
? Intermediate proficiency with project management software.
? Demonstrated ability to successfully manage multiple projects from conceptual phase through implementation
and testing.
? Demonstrated successful ability to build positive relationships and partnerships within department, across the
organization and with external customers.
? Demonstrated successful ability to organize and prioritize work to ensure timely deadlines.
? Excellent problem solving, critical thinking and decision making skills.
