      Essential Tasks/Major Duties

      • Manage all aspects of multiple projects throughout BPMO's Project Management Lifecycle Methodology.

      • Monitor, track and report project performance to management and stakeholders.

      • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with business customers and stakeholders, thoroughly understanding their business needs, expectations and objectives.

      • Interact and communicate effectively at all organizational levels to manage project lifecycle.

      • Collaborate with BPMO Manager and Team to continuously improve and mature the client's project management capabilities.

      • Provides leading process and project management services to the Company to ensure projects are delivered on-time and on-budget, and meet or exceed the expectations of the stakeholders.

      • Provides functional and technical expertise to analyze, develop and modify business processes to address strategic and operational goals.

      • Selects and utilizes various process improvement techniques best suited to accomplish project goals and facilitate the collaborative identification of process opportunities.

      • Identifies process disconnects and translates them into improvement opportunities with cost savings or avoidance, productivity improvements, or revenue generating business benefits.

      Amerisure is currently recruiting for a Process and Project Manager whom will sit in our Farmington Hills,

      Michigan headquarters. The ideal candidate MUST possess process improvement application utilizing Lean Six

      Sigma, a PMP or similar certification, along with both technology systems & business projects experience. This

      role interacts with varying levels within the organization and requires both excellent written and verbal

      communication skills. Below are additional abilities necessary to be successful in the position.



      Summary Statement

      Facilitate successful execution of Amerisure's strategic and operational initiatives through the delivery of proactive

      business process and project management services. Forms strong relationships with customers, based on a thorough

      understanding of their business needs. Monitors and manages project health and process performance by providing

      Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

      ? Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field.

      ? 5 years process and project management experience including both technology systems and business projects or

      programs with responsibility for, and successful delivery of highly complex enterprise change initiatives.

      ? Project Management Professional (PMP)® or similar certification.

      ? Insurance or financial services industry experience preferred.

      ? Lean Six Sigma training, certification, or application of tools.

      ? Proficient computer skills required including Microsoft Office Suite.

      ? Intermediate proficiency with project management software.

      ? Demonstrated ability to successfully manage multiple projects from conceptual phase through implementation

      and testing.

      ? Demonstrated successful ability to build positive relationships and partnerships within department, across the

      organization and with external customers.

      ? Demonstrated successful ability to organize and prioritize work to ensure timely deadlines.

      ? Excellent problem solving, critical thinking and decision making skills.

      ? Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact with internal and external customers.

      ? Demonstrated leadership, facilitation, influencing, relationship and negotiation skills.

      ? strong issue identification and conflict resolution skills.

      ? Ability to travel up to 5%.
