  We are looking for Project Managers / Senior Project Managers to join our team remotely from Poland/Hungary/Romania/Slovakia.

  Key accountabilities:

  • Working at management level, taking ownership and leading business critical projects, new business, business expansions, customer product launches within the organization.
  • Serving as primary liaison to internal/external stakeholders throughout a project lifecycle.
  • Guiding and leading a cross-functional team on an international basis.
  • Managing key project KPI’s (schedule, deliverables, and budget). Providing project status reports and identifying risks and issues impacting the project completion.
  • Managing project budgets (CAPEX and Launch costs), and implementing actions to resolve cost overruns.
  • Managing the project scope definition and sign-off, and leading the change management process thereafter.
  • Presenting project status reports to senior executive level.
  • Travel for up to 100% of a working week.

  Key requirements:

  • Master's or Bachelor's degree, preferably in Project Management or a similar field (postgraduate diploma relevant certificates, such as PRINCE 2, PMP or APMP can be considered in lieu if the field of study is different)
  • 3-4+ years’ experience as a Project Manager or Operations Manager with Project/Launch Management (Greenfield/Brownfield)responsibilities in Logistics or Manufacturing company
  • Advanced technical skills in MS Project, WRIKE, etc.
  • Strong organizational/analytical skills and ability able to translate ideas to action effectively
  • Outstanding communication, negotiation and influencing skills to liaise with all levels of management and operations.
  • Ability to cope with time pressure to ensure project deadlines are consistently met
  • Experience in Engineering / Six Sigma would be an advantage
  • Willingness to travel up to 100% a week is a must

  For the Senior Project Manager role, a minimum of 8 years of experience in the relevant areas mentioned above is required.
