  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Manage cross-functional teams within Process Development for both biologics and synthetics
  - Collaborate with Product Delivery Team stakeholders to align on clinical development plans and strategies
  - Draft timeline scenarios to adjust project execution across multiple development paradigms
  - Facilitate active communication in functional and cross-functional management reviews and governance meetings
  - Leverage leadership attributes to influence positive project outcomes
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - Doctorate degree with 3 years of experience, or Master's degree with 5 years of experience, or Bachelor's degree with 7 years of experience, or Associate's degree with 12 years of experience, or High school diploma/GED with 14 years of experience
  - Minimum of 10 years of experience in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or healthcare-related field, with direct CMC experience highly desirable
  - Proven project management experience utilizing standard project management tools and practices
  - Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interface effectively across all organizational levels
  - Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
  
  How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  - Master’s degree with 6 years of project management experience, or Bachelor's degree with 8 years of project management experience
  - Experience with MS Project, PowerPoint, Excel, MS Teams, and SharePoint
  - Ability to foster collaboration and work effectively on cross-functional teams
