      Role Overview
      • We are seeking a highly experienced Service Delivery Manager to lead large-scale, complex technology engagements across Data, Cloud, and AI domains. The role carries full lifecycle responsibility — from service transition to steady-state delivery — ensuring client satisfaction, adherence to scope, and consistent service excellence.

      Key Responsibilities
      • Act as the primary point of contact for service delivery, managing client and business stakeholder relationships.
      • Ensure successful end-to-end delivery of services and projects, meeting agreed scope, timelines, budget, and quality metrics.
      • Oversee incidents, problem, and change management processes in alignment with ITIL/SDLC best practices.
      • Monitor day-to-day service operations across infrastructure, applications, and business systems.
      • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, QA, Operations, and Account Managers to ensure seamless delivery and resolve escalations.
      • Prepare and present service performance dashboards, governance reviews, and reports for senior leadership and stakeholders.
      • Manage resource planning, effort estimation, and financial forecasting to ensure efficient delivery.
      • Drive process improvements, automation, and cost optimization, leveraging AI and emerging technologies where applicable.
      • Lead and support service transition and transformation projects, ensuring smooth handover into steady-state operations.
      • Ensure compliance with IT governance, risk management, security, and regulatory standards.
      • Mentor, coach, and guide delivery teams, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and performance standards.
      Requirements
      • 14–18 years of experience in the software industry with a proven track record in service delivery of large-scale, complex technology environments.
      • 6+ years in service delivery /program management, with end-to-end ownership of delivery.
      • Strong technical proficiency in Data and Cloud technologies, with deep understanding of enterprise environments.
      • Exposure to leveraging AI/automation to improve delivery productivity and efficiency.
      • Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban, Hybrid Agile).
      • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and executive presentation skills.
      • Excellent organizational and leadership abilities with capability to manage distributed teams.
      • Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
      Education & Certifications (Preferred)
      • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
      • PMP, PRINCE2, or SAFe Agile certification.
      • ITIL v4 certification desirable.
