What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Coordinate resource needs with team members and other departments
- Manage projects, oversee tasks, and engage in project design
- Schedule and lead project meetings
- Prepare agreements and communicate project details to team members
- Analyze technical problems and devise solutions
- Lead, coach, and monitor team members to achieve department goals
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent experience
- Licensed Professional Engineer
- 7+ years of engineering/industry experience with team management experience
- Strong leadership and project management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Project Manager training and/or certifications
