  Your Role and Responsibilities

  • Lead Global project management of Expert Care Premium services, partnering with offering, delivery, process, and tools teams to ensure that we have the staff, skills and processes to support current and new product missions and partnering across storage and power teams on common processes and best practices as much as possible
  • Project management for new RTS team in Guadalajara – coordinating with US, Sofia and Guadalajara teams to ramp new mission based on lessons learned from Sofia CIC rampup and using best practices – e.g. SEED common skills framework
  • Manage assets risk assessment and coordinate response action with business stakeholders
  • Ensure that deadlines and deliverables are in line with the project objectives
  • Act as a change agent and role model in all aspects of his role

  Required Technical and Professional Expertise

  • Strong English communication skills, proactive, detail oriented with critical appraisal in context of business e2e process;
  • Flexibility and ability to deliver in demanding and changing circumstances including adjusting personal working hours to align with project requirements
  • High standards, attention to detail and a desire to make a difference
  • Decision making under difficult circumstances.
  • Ability to work with multiple upline organizations and to find common ground and broker agreements in event of conflicts and disagreement on next steps
  • Extensive experience and understanding of IBM’s Global Support Delivery processes (Base and Premium Support)

  Preferred Technical and Professional Experience

  • Knowledge and understanding of IBM business operations
