What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide administrative support to the VP and Senior Director of Sports Operations
- Assist in organizing internal and external meetings and events, including scheduling and documentation
- Coordinate future venue searches and assist with outreach and site visits
- Work with the Sports Operations team to ensure timely hiring for each season
- Build high-quality visual and written presentation materials

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3-5 years of previous experience, preferably in sports or live entertainment
- Experience with event and task management software (e.g., Asana, Teamworks)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Effective time management and organizational skills
- Willingness to travel to league locations flexibly (approximately 30% of the time)
