      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide exceptional project management for labor negotiations and contract implementation
      - Develop and maintain effective communication protocols with stakeholders
      - Collaborate on training program development for new collective bargaining agreements
      - Coordinate with various university committees and partners
      - Manage systems crucial for negotiation, implementation, and administration of collective bargaining agreements

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s Degree and 3-5 years of relevant project management experience
      - Strong conceptual and analytical skills
      - Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
      - Advanced computer skills, including project management software
      - Experience supporting diversity, equity, access, inclusion, and wellbeing

      - Strong track record in affecting organizational change
      - Advanced skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and project management software
