As a Project Manager, Strategic Accounts, you will have the opportunity to work with our largest customers, franchise operators, and lead the onboarding process for their multiple locations. You will play a crucial role in developing relationships, coordinating resources, and ensuring successful implementation of the ServiceTitan platform. What You’ll Do:
- Construct detailed implementation plans for multi-location franchise systems
- Manage and coordinate cross-functional resources to meet client requirements and timelines
- Provide coaching and training on product best practices and workflows
- Anticipate and address project risks and issues, and escalate when necessary
- Act as an escalation point for customer support issues
What You’ll Need:
- 5+ years of experience in software implementation, project management, and client relationship management
- Exceptional project management skills with strict attention to detail
- Ability to learn new software programs and maximize their potential
- Proactive problem-solving skills with a focus on creative solutions
- Strong communication and organizational skills, and ability to adapt to changing needs
Additional Information:
- employer is committed to fair and equitable compensation for all employees. The expected salary range for this role is $78,000 - $111,000, with additional benefits such as annual bonus, equity, and comprehensive health and wellness benefits.
