What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage and support sustainability projects related to new construction and existing building operations
- Lead project meetings, charrettes, and presentations to clients and stakeholders
- Develop and track sustainability metrics and goals to meet project requirements
- Complete documentation for green building certifications such as LEED and WELL
- Proactively manage project-related issues and ensure timely delivery of high-quality work
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3-6 years of experience in real estate sustainability, corporate environmental management, or energy efficiency
- BA/BS degree in environmental science, engineering, real estate, architecture, or related field
- Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects effectively
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with LEED AP, WELL AP, or Fitwel Ambassador certifications
- Familiarity with sustainability frameworks such as GRESB, CDP, and ENERGY STAR
- Knowledge of embodied carbon and sustainable material specification
- Experience with Building HVAC Systems and Net Zero initiatives
- A strong record of academic achievement in a relevant field
